
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held on
Friday 27 June 2025 at 7:15pm
at The Diamond Centre, School Lane, Sprowston, NR7 8TR
(in the Delves Room)
Registration from 7.00pm
All members, under the umbrella of the Norfolk County Netball Association (NCNA), through their leagues are very welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM). It is recommended that a representative from each club should attend in order to understand the aim and activities.
Please confirm attendance/non-attendance, to the County email address (see below) by CoB Friday 20 June 2025. This is very important in order that there is sufficient time to prepare for the meeting and to ensure the room is suitable to hold all attendees.

Coaching Lead
Publicity Officer
Resolution Officer
Belongings & Inclusion Officer
Safeguarding Officer
Youth Representative
Nominations, using the NCNA nominations form available on the website, should be sent to the County email address (see below) to arrive by CoB Friday 23 May 2025.
Any Voting Member is entitled to submit a proposal to amend the constitution; such proposals must be made in writing and seconded by another voting member and sent to the NCNA, via the County email address (see below), to arrive no later than Friday 23 May 2025. This also includes AOB you may wish to raise.
For information, Voting Members comprise all clubs and schools paying their first claim affiliation to Norfolk County.
The 2024 AGM and EGM minutes and Constitution are available for download from the NCNA website.
NCNA Committee reports and the financial balance for 2024/25 will be uploaded to the website week commencing 2 June 2025.
The AGM Agenda will be loaded to the website and sent to Area Reps for distribution week commencing 2 June 2025. The committee will also use the NCNA Facebook page to alert of the uploads to the website for ease.

About Us
Norfolk County Netball consists of seven leagues. Although Lowestoft is within the county of Suffolk, within England Netball Lowestoft is part of the Norfolk County Netball Association. The Netball league that plays in Thetford is also part of Norfolk County. Norfolk County Netball manages an action plan in conjunction with Active Norfolk (the Norfolk County Sports Partnership).
