Under 11 Norfolk County Player Development Program

The Norfolk Player Development Program encompasses two academies, our U11 squad and our U11 development squad. Both squads train weekly from September-March at Norwich School Sports Centre. As well as training, both squads combine on three occasions throughout the year for match play days.

Both of our squads are overseen by U11 Head Coach, Katie Chillingworth, and former NCNA and Saracens Mavericks U17 captain, Jemima Watson, as Assistant Coach.

Our U11 Academies are not an age group typically catered for in a County Pathway, however due to the rural nature of county and lack of Junior Clubs, we introduced them some 5 years ago. Of our current U15 squad, over half were part of our U11 squad.
